Kristen Noel, is no stranger to life’s drama. 14 years ago, during a time she refers to as her ‘sleepwalking phase’, her life fell apart at the seams. One morning, she picked up the phone to learn that her husband had been carted away from his Madison Avenue office in handcuffs. And all of their assets, including her entire life savings, had been seized by the government.
Her husband would eventually be sentenced to 13 years in prison. Homeless and penniless, with a toddler in tow, she lost her marriage, her money and her entire fairy tale.
Salacious stories emerged — it was a gut-wrenching time. But what was most gut wrenching was realizing that the biggest deception was that of herself, ignoring her emotional and physical cues. This is where the story gets interesting, where life cracked open and her 'best self' seeds were planted.
Her journey of healing was the genesis of Best Self Magazine and the Best Self World Summit.
And through this journey, Kristen has had opportunities to interview dozens of luminaries leading the curve of holistic wellness and conscious living. She's brings out their greatest gifts with warmth, humor and relatability.
