The Intuitive Divorce Method

I'm Kristen Noel, Certified Intuitive Divorce Coach and Founder of the Intuitive Divorce, a program that helps mothers get off the emotional rollercoaster and take control of their divorce. Everyday I walk beside mommas and help them navigate the messiness of divorce, reclaim the lost pieces of themselves and become the women they were born to be and the parent they want to be. 

But the journey to here was not easy. I once stood where you stand.

When my marriage fell apart, the world was a very different place. I didn't have access to the resources that are available today. Left penniless, with a toddler on my hip, I was forced to stumble my way through healing, rebuilding and becoming. 

I couldn’t possibly have seen it then, but my undoing was my salvation, my roadmap home...back to me. 

It was messy, imperfect and hard, but it all led to here — to this place where I learned to harness the power of my intuition and life experiences. No longer playing the victim, I saved myself and rescripted my life. 

And I discovered that intuition was the missing link for so many mothers contending with divorce. Too often, as they relinquish their needs on the alter of marriage and motherhood, they become disconnected from their wise inner voice.

So I set out to create a better path through divorce with a framework called the Intuitive Divorce Method, the foundation of the Intuitive Divorce and the Evolve membership program. It's based on 3 core steps:

1. Crafting a Divorce Declaration (we have a template for that), which is a mission statement of sorts, to get clarity on what you really want so you're not running in circles
2. Activating your intuition (we have a method for that), so you can begin healing and trusting yourself as you face all the big decisions ahead
3. Becoming the CEO of your divorce (we have a roadmap for that), empowered to take control of the process so you don't get bullied, stuck in the system, or concede to an agreement that's not aligned with your values and desires

We literally innovated the divorce space with this method in 2021 and have transformed the divorces and lives of mothers across the country ever since.

What we are not: We are not a resource for issues of domestic violence or child protective services.
